Greetings,

A very enjoyable 3 pass + pick ups no-irritation silky smooth shave with no errors to report.

The Parker 22R/Rapira ss was another great match, making the shave very comfortable and enjoyable, the Rapira blades pairs up wonderfully with all the razors i've paired them with, either aggressive or non-aggressive, all in all, a very good all round de blade,at a very reasonable price.

Finishing the shave off with a generous splash of old spice 'classic' a/s.

My face is feeling very smooth & smelling devine.;)

Enjoy your day,ladies & gentlemen.

Day 2

Oh Lord (pun intended) what a very nice, comfortable 2nd day shave. Those keeping up to date will know I have been having issues with many Day 2 shaves, but not today. Effortless, though I needed a bit of buffing here and there and still not a single weeper.

I am starting to like this blade a lot.

Cheers,

Brian

SOTD, Tuesday 06 February 2018.

Pre-shave - Warm shower, followed Musgo Real Classic Glycerin Oil Soap.
Razor - Colonial The General SS.
Blade - Kai Captain (Pink) Mild (Day 11).
Bowl - Via Barberia by Omega.
Cream - Jack Black's Supreme Shave Cream.
Brush - Simpsons Chubby 2 - Synthetic.
Post shave - Cold Water Splash, followed by OSP Eucalyptus and Menthol Splash and Ibiza-Aloe Aloe Vera Gel.

An almost perfect shave this morning, 3 passes on the face - WTG, XTG and ATG with a 2 pass WTG and XTG on the neck.

I find the Jack Black Shave Cream paints on like silk with the Chubby 2 synthetic. The General SS with the Kai Captain (Pink) is well balanced, efficient and smooth. I appreciate that YMMV.

My skin feels great, despite the cold, raw weather!

All the best,

Chris
