one of my favourites tom love itGFT Eucris...............
because who wouldn't want to be enveloped in its blackcurrant/oakmoss/sandalwood/musk embrace?
I'm pretty useless at describing fragrances @Rohleder. But I love the Caron. A lovely blast of soft lavender up front which settles down and is accompanied by warm vanilla. I have never had a sniff of Jicky so can't compare the two. I paid around £40 for a 125ml bottle in a department store but I think it's available for around £30 online. The nice lady who sold it to me said that for her Caron Pour un Homme is the classic barbershop scent. Very decent longevity too.Guerlain Jicky.
@Barry Giddens what's the Caron like? I've read its similar to Jicky, minus the civet... Tempting price.
Spookily enough, JM, this one always gives me a Spanish vibe, perhaps because of the lemon note, which is strong enough to be light, fresh and noticeable without ever wandering into room cleaner territory.
