Love that Famex!Perfector (?), Probak, Famex
@Blademonkey - do you think he'll like it?!To give it a try and see what the oils are like I purchase some Rowja Amber Oudh from Mr Perfume
If how my eyes light up when I went through the listings he has, this may yet be another rabbit hole I dive in
He is going to love it, no worries there!
Let us know how does it compare to your other natural finishers. I have few Charnley Forest stones, compared to other natuals from my experience; CF is harder, slower, requires much more patience but the edge gives very comfortable shave.

Take it easy polishing if you're thinking machines. heat buildup of any kind can be a SRs worst nightmare.Joseph Allen (Sheffield), yes its rough, but I've been sent this by a very kind chap. It's a project for me to see what I can do with sanding & polishing. I'll then send it back to him & he'll restore the edge, hone it & put scales on it & send it back.
This'll be good for me to mess with & will help with my ongoing recovery with anxiety and depression. Time consuming projects like this are great at the minute. Hope I don't rub away the etching.
