First of all I'd like to thank Rob, AKA (@Blackmass ) for kindly sending me the sample of LPL.
A nice smooth Sunday shave was had, I started off by putting to much of the soap in my bowl (a little goes a long way ) .As you can see from the photo above, thats the lather I had left after my shave.(wasteful git)
The soap builds up a nice cushioning slick lather and the scent is subtle with a nice clean fresh smell to it.

HAVE A NICE SUNDAY FELLAS

First time with the Arko,...impressed!
Confession Time.....I intended to do a light, pre- Mum's Day lunch skim with the M2,..and I picked up the S2 by mistake,...lovely burn-free smooth shave, only noticed it was the S2 when I stripped it down to dry it off....
Pleasantly surprised.

Happy 28th birthday to me and mother's day to my mother, looked forward to this combination all week. Very nice shave to end the week and start my day with. Lovely cream and fantastic presentation. The scent is wonderful. Have good shaves chaps.

Spring morning shave!
Osp orange and patchouli,
Fatip grand,
Astra sp #3
A most basic shave this morning, I'm ashamed to admit I had three days growth, I also did not shower before hand.
A tuggy affair, I also struggled to get lather from the osp, the blade bit me on the cheek and I have four weepers.
So, too hurried because I have much work to do here today, and bristles not softened enough.
To top it off I appear to be burnt/ bad reaction to the tabac roll on, seriously my armpits appear burnt :-(
But the sun is shining, and the birds singing their hearts out.
Have a great Sunday fellas.IMAG0330_1.jpg

Mastro Livi Kamisori Simmetrico, 11/16 Full Hollow, French Point

In this springtime sunny Sunday I wanted to enjoy a shave by using this Mastro Livi Symmetrical Kamisori made of Damasteel Odin's eye pattern. This kamisori delivers an incredibly close shave also thanks to the well known Damasteel's aggressiveness, a very performing steel for razor's blades. The soap I used today is a very special one: Aguzzeria del Cavallo - a well known shop in Bologna, Italy - used to make this great shaving soap for decades and, as far as I know, they discontinued its production. Such a pity. The finishing touch was delivered by Lucky Tiger Bay Rum, an aftershave - in my opinion - having no Bay Rum fragrance at all despite the name.

  • Pre-Shave: RazorGuy Pre-Shave Oil
  • Soap: Aguzzeria del Cavallo
  • Brush: Mastro Livi Badger, Olive Wood Handle, 22mm Knot
  • Bowl: Mastro Livi Olive Wood Bowl
  • Strop: Mastro Livi Medium Loom Strop "Coramella Italiana" and Hand Palm
  • Razor: Mastro Livi Kamisori Simmetrico, 11/16 Full Hollow, French Point
  • Post-Shave: Alum Block
  • Post-Shave: Argan Oil
  • After Shave: Lucky Tiger Bay Rum
