Gear stuck in customs .....

@Nishy this is my current situation...

ATT SE1 - ordered May 11th - dispatched June 15th - in London June 20th - nothing since
Blackbird - ordered June 8th - has to be polished before dispatch so nothing yet
Barbaros TR1 - ordered June 1st - dispatched June 21st - in UK June 25th
Timeless OC - ordered June 25th - dispatched June 27th

I really thought the ATT would be here last week. Oh well.
Seems they are extremely slow (UK customs) well best they are slow rather than incompetent I guess.

@wintoid they must read TSR my Timeless razor has finally been processed by customs.

So shortly after I post a message to TSR, the Barbaros arrives with no customs charges (wasn't sure whether a Turkish shipment would attract customs), and the ATT starts moving around.

Perhaps you're right, perhaps they do read TSR.

My Timeless razor is being held due to myself needing to be notified of customs charges?? Anyone know where this is being held? Not at the post office or sorting office. Could it still be with Heathrow customs even though it has cleared? Or is it in a UPS van awaiting delivery?
No grey card to be seen.

See my post previously

Yep but yours mentioned 'delivered' buddy meaning it's been sent mine is mentioning that I need to be contacted re: custom fees. No mention of it being delivered even to my local sorting facility.

Nishy ..... When your parcel gets to your local delivery office, they then print and send a collection / payment notification to you. If it's got there in the last day or so, you should be getting that in the post pretty sharpish. If not, do as suggested and give them a shout...... They can tell you where it is and also what the charges will be etc.....

Thanks yup, gonna wait till Thursday and then call.

I'm just glad to see movement, Nish ........ At least it means I still have a parcel to receive eventually, rather than worry that there's nothing to scan as it's missing in the system.
