Nick shave is imo one of the better reviewers on YouTube, he weI am yet to find a youtube shave video review where the product isn't good.
Every single shave product review is good and never a bad word said.
The only person is Nick shave that i have seen which says a soap has given a bit of irritation. Other than him, all videos rave about every single item used.
I guess all these youtubers must be getting paid or get free products ect for their time.

Will tell it as he sees it and he tests what his watchers ask him to review so with him it's not just a case of he only reviews what he likes.
Though I do think if a reviewer is raving on about rubbish all the time he won't be watched for very long.
you soon learn who to trust and we must not forget that these are only someone else's opinions.....we may not find the same. And as for Busta shaves......well, yeah...[emoji57][emoji1]

I'm sure if they are not getting paid they get to keep what they review but I wouldn't want to tar everyone with the same brush but I agree with you, it should be about having fun and enjoying your shave. For me its all about having fun. To post videos online means you taking things very seriously or getting paid [emoji39]

Watch the Aussie bloke, can't remember his name, but he's mad as a hatter. He did a review on the Roncel SE (half DE) and thought the thing was out to kill him. I don't really watch many YouTube videos from shavers, but he'll certainly give an honest opinion if you can be bothered to listen to him.I am yet to find a youtube shave video review where the product isn't good.

There are some good reviewers out there, Nick Shaves is one of the best. Peter Sharkalis has made a
business out of shaving gear so he's changed but he's still fun to watch. There's a well known Welsh wet shaving gear reviewer that I'm pretty sure doesn't get paid but he gets a lot of stuff to review for free and they are all amazing. I think his style of reviewing things invites artisans and vendors to try a bit of product advertising on the cheap.
Leonard Ybarra is another one that tells it like it is and I don't think he reviews gifts.
