Neither has enough to be bothersome in my experience

I've only got a Yaqi Plissoft style 24mm synth and it's not really springy, not like my Omega S10065 which is very springy and not the most pleasant brush to use.
My favourite synthetic is an Edwin Jagger Silvertip Fibre L brush (I don't like larger brushes).
I have tried several Plissoft fibre brushes, but don't like them; too soft and at the same time too springy.
The Omega S-brush and Hi-Brush knots I tried were definitely not for me.
I like the 2016 Whipped Dog 24mm synthetic, but not as much as I like the Edwin Jagger.
Which YaQi tuxedo knot size and shape would be best for me to order, given my preference for backbone and size?
I already know which handles I like
Thanks!

I am from Croatia and i order lots of stuff from China as well as USA.
I haven't seen laws in Italy but i searched for Uk and Croatian laws and since we're all in EU there is much things similiar. I think Italy should have somethi g like that as well. Anyway, if the item is sent by a private person not a company everything below 45 EUR (maybe little more i cannot remember) is not taxable or possible to apply customs to it. Also, everything above that but below 160 EUR can be only taxed (IVA in Italy) not customed. Chinese companies, at least those on eBay often send items as a private person.
I have never seen they open or ask for invoice for stuff from China cause it's all small values. Even if they do open it and ask you to provide the invoice you bring them the paypal payment or whatever proof of payment and the value on it is so small it cannot be taxed. They cannot estimate the value on it. But from expereince with over 100 items from China they don't open those small low value packages.
Trust me on this. It's not like you are ordering a feather shavette or a cell phone.

Yeah, small packages are not frequently opened. If you pay for a Yaqi 10 usd they most probably write much less value on the package, plus it being very small it will not go to checking.
I have a friend who ordered a Feather from Japan valued 100USD but the package was declared as 20USD and there was no customs fee. It's hard for them to find a similiar value of the product even if they open it. Especially for a yaqi brush.
Anyway, your best option is to order it and wait, i am pretty sure there won't be taxes on 1-2 brushes.

I have already made 1 order (1 plissoft + 1 best badger). I hope you are right. On Nov11, some Yaqi brushes will be on sale discounted. I am tempted to make a 2nd order with only synthetics. To be honest, i am tempted also to get a two band and a silvertip badger, but i am probably pushing my luck and should wait to see how things go with previous orders first. I 've never ordered extraEU before. Now with wetshaving, i have 2 extraEU orders already. Funny thing is, 300 Voskhods are stuck since October 28 in the customs. I don't know, they are suspicious the blades might be covered in gold and pondering whether to make me pay for them?
I never had issues with the Dutch customs for packages from China or Russia. On the other hand, almost everything from the USA is inspected. And they managed to lose two valuable Sheaffer Snorkel pens! They were sent insured, but still. Of course their customer service didn't care ...
