It carefully avoids stating where it's manufactured... but the perfumes division of P&G is based in Schwalbach-am-Taunus in Germany, hence the address on the packaging... last I heard from someone involved in the business (December last year) - "old mice" is still made in Seaton Delaval (the old Shultons plant)

Do we take it that you've never smoked?
TRXnMe said:I stopped in 2003, so I've been 'clean' for 11 years now, while I was smoking I was stopped for more then half the time, I just was't very good at staying stopped
Any particular reason you ask oh venerable one?

Your sense of smell would seem to be so much keener than mine. I wonder if I buggered mine with so many years of heavy smoking and engine room fumes. Seems like there is a range of smell 'frequencies' that I can't detect whilst oud and woods enter my very core.

That's hilarious considering for the European market that it's made, bottled and packaged in Seaton Delaval, near Whitley Bay (you'll detect that neither name us desperately Teutonic)

You forgot to mention liking to be called 'Captain', after the famous P.W. Herman buddy Captain Carl. For any members not knowing who that is, here you go:
