I went for 'Island Paradise' behind it sounds nice and tropical. Should be here tonight so first shave in the morning .

Well, this definitely isn't a traditional shaving cream, it's more what Sinatra Lennon would call a non-lathering travel cream. The smell is fabulous, very fruity and tropical. The texture is roughly that of double cream and is a sort of translucent white colour. When you rub it over your face, it doesn't foam up at all and you can't actually see where it is. It gives a decent enough shave with a Rockwell 6S on plate 4 but not as good as a traditional soap or cream, there's definitely a bit more blade feel than you normally get. I suspect it might be rather good with a standard plastic razor such as a Mach 3 or similar but that's not a lot of use to the majority of us. Anyhow, there you go .
