I've been using my favourite Parker Jotter standard and XL pen for many years, my favourite refill ink brand type is the Schmidt easyFLOW 9000M blue.

Do you know an ink refill brand recommendation that you've used in your favourite ballpoint pen.

Although I have so many luxury ballpoints and rollerball's I rarely need them.

You're a fountain pen lover, I remember seeing on the news a while back when King Charles III got the shit with a fountain pen, having ink all over his fingers.

Fountain pen isn't my favourite choice of writing, when there's a leaking ink, I don't recommend them fountain pen.

I’ve always stuck to Montblanc for my pens but would be good to find some alternatives
If you are talking about fountain pens, then try Platinum. Inexpensive, and guaranteed to not dry out in a year of non use. There's Jinhao. A reliable pen firm, their pens always write smoothly.
Montblanc makes Veblen items = the dearer they are, the more people want them for the exclusiveness.
Regarding ink, I like Diamine. British (Liverpool), 100 colours, and 80ml bottles. P&P free for orders over £10 directly from the website. Don't buy it from Amazon unless you like being fleeced.

I only use montblanc refills as I have the Meiserstuck fountain, roller and ball point, but keen for more choice, especially on the rollerball
