Whats Your Favorite Shaving Bowl ?

I really like the Copper Turkish Shave Bowl so what do you use ?

I have a few but I really like my Capitans Choice copper bowls.
They won't break when dropped as my ceramic ones could if I wasn't more careful.

I usually face lather and I've only very recently bought my first actual shave bowl. I used to use a cereal bowl on the occasions I bowl lathered.

Now I have the plastic Proraso bowl, which seems to work very well.

I load my brush from the bowl the soap comes in and face lather most of the time. Where I need a bowl for a puck which is without a bowl I use a common round travel soap dish. I avoid shaving cream in tubes although I do have a Proraso Red and Palmolive Classic which I don't use.

I’m Similar to @Blademonkey i have many but usually still with the Captains Choice Aquamarine.
I Also use the Timeless Bowl whilst travelling.

5 inch quaich for me. It was some crappy leaving present but, as I'm not a whisky drinker, it makes an excellent shaving bowl

I bought a collapsible pet bowl from Aliexpress for £2, the bumps on the bottom make it perfect to get a great lather

The copper Ore Bowl from the CAYUEN workshop. Fantastic for Lathering, but doesn't hold heat as well as my fake blue captains choice. Its a favourite in the summer, and an easy choice in the winter.

I've had this for a while but keep worrying I'm going to drop it.
It's Bakelite or another type of period plastic.

I have a few bowls but I prefer my dirty bird scuttle, nothing beats a warm lather on a cold morning!

I've been using my Steve Woodhead ceramic pedestal shaving bowl for over 10 years now and it has been used over 2,100 times (figures from my shaving diary spreadsheet).
It was (relatively) expensive at the time but it's really paid for itself as I use it for almost every shave because it's so nice to use.
As it's ceramic it holds the heat well throughout the shave (I fill it with hot water from the tap before I take a shower).

I actually broke it last year by accidentally banging it against the wall tiles - crickey !! However, I managed to glue it back together. It's not looking perfect anymore but works just as well.
