Haven't worn this in ages, don't know why as it's a great watch...
Love my DW5600.

I bought the repo when it came out, on a bit of a whim, and since then just wear it a lot as my everyday beater watch - because its so light and comfortable - its also relatively slim compared to most other G-shocks.

Apart from the fiddly buttons (which i never use) its a classic watch.

I have had this Casio W87H kicking round for many years without being worn much and had an inspiration to couple it with this one-piece Zulu diver strap. Its a fraction oversized and i have stuck with spring bars instead of properly fitting solid bars , military style.

I do like the resulting look tho, the grey and black watch seems to go well with the black strap ?

What prompted you to get an automatic if I may ask?
It's not an automatic, it needs hand winding. I have a few automatics though, and I just like the concept of them more than anything :)
This watch though, I just saw it when I was flicking through something online and just thought, "I'm having that" it's a really beautiful watch.
