I was feeling a little ropey so I also took a test today,

I have been so careful , thankfully I am double jabbed and boostered so hopefully it will just be like a heavy cold.

Sorry to hear Tony. My Mrs had it and it was pretty mild, she just felt a bit tired and crap, nothing worse than a cold. Hope it's mild for you and that you feel chipper again soon.

I was in a traffic crash on Friday. Crossing at the lights, and collided with a cyclist. I think I fell forward with my glasses shattering on impact, and I picked up some cuts around my eyes where they broke. Looking back I think it could have been much worse, I had no cuts to my inner eye/eyeballs, but had some cuts a few mm's away.

Had a bit of a concussion and had a stinking headache yesterday, but just felt a bit groggy today.

I had a nasty shock myself last week when I visited an old buddy of mine who I had not seen since Corona, he's in the middle of chemotherapy, seems to be responding well to it but my word he looks frail.

I was 43 when I had a triple bypass, you don't have to be old. Get a checkup at least annually, even if you feel fine.
