What is your skincare routine?

... apart from the shave.

How do you keep your face blemish free and hydrated?

What is your routine? What products do you use?
Soap and water, if your skin needs it use a moisturiser.
Ideally use a soap that has a pH of around 5.5 (the skin's natural pH) don't over wash or over moisturise and only exfoliate your skin if it really needs it.
Your skin will look after itself as long as you don't go too far up or down the pH scale.

I'm not a epidemiologist so if you have a problem that will not go away see your doctor who will direct you to an epidemiological specialist if necessary.

Tone and moisturise in the morning. Wash face and shave in evening (my skin sometimes needs to settle, I'd hate to go to work with a weeper, it only rarely happens) then night cream. Exfoliate once a week. Keeps the skin hydrated I find.

Dont go overboard on makes, aldi serums and creams are bloody fantastic! I've tried all sorts. When my wife bought me some as a joke xmas present, it was great!!.

Try a moisturiser twice a day to start and go from there.

Let us know how you get on.

We have the RSPCA over here to guard against cruelty to animals and besides that I don't think you can keep a Gopher as a pet in the UK .
Even if he had a Gopher and he refrained from choking it then surely it would only give him a clear conscience and not a clear skin!!!
:)

Paul.
He may be allergic to what squirts out of the gopher.
