Yes, I've been wanting an inkwell stand for a while for the DE89. It's on the way so I'll get back to you on the fit, but according to Executive Shaving it is suitable for Muhle 89s, and the DE89 is virtually the same thing anyway, I understand.
ES sell them at £16.80, and the black one at £34. They are currently out of stock though. I just did an eBay search on the off chance and found mine for £12 through the seller ‘shave lounge outlet' though it was the last one they had. Don't know if that eBay account is owned by Shave Lounge or not.

It doesn't fit I'm afraid. The very end piece of the DE89 handle kind of wobbles over the hole but the bulbous bit above it means it doesn't slot down into the stand properly
