Just finished this. Enjoyed it very much. A new detective character called Stilwell to fit with the Bosch/Haller and Ballard novels. The third novel is in the works now. It's begging for a TV show like the rest.

I'm going to stop reading these Michael Connelly books for now. They're very addictive and it's easy to overdo it with them. This was very enjoyable.

I’m actually going back and reading books iv done before or should i say books i liked before.
I read this before it won the booker.
i read it in 2001 & it won the booker prize in 2002.
25 years later i’m reading it again.
As i’m reading it everything is coming back to me which i never thought would happen.
