The Game season is now on, so managed a trip to Farm Shop.
Roast Pheasant, Roasties, Carrots,Peas with gravy and redcurrent jelly.

Boeuf Bourguignon

Marco Pierre White style. Cook the meat with onion, carrots, wine and stock. Last hour, drop in the mushrooms, vinegar soaked pearl onions and bacon. Wine was Roc de Lussac.

We had half last night with chunky chips, tonight with mash and green veg.
