Awesome sauce! I simmered the potatoes in some bone broth ... and went nuts on the stuff, warmed up the beans in bone broth ... and poached the fish in bone broth. Served up, when reduced the poaching liquor with a little cream and lemon juice.

Friday Lunch ... Bun Kebab?
We had our grandkids over on Tuesday. They like burgers, so we got in a big pack of these rolls ... and naturally, have leftovers. Leftover Keema Mushroom Karahi (home-made, naturally) seemed a good pairing.
