Rana brand Ravioli with simple tomato sauce ... which I embellished with some ancho chilli flakes, a dash of olive oil and a splash of balsamic vinegar. Pecorino, basil and black pepper with a diced vine tomato. Marvellous!

... I think I prefer their (pure) Wagyu burgers, which I usually "cut" with a leaner mince and then smash 'em myself. Good, though.
