What are you eating tonight?

It's a thing of beauty... I'd fully recommend :giggle: Black pudding is such a varied product in terms of taste. I've eaten them all over the UK and for me the best are the ones where I grew up which was Bury as in Bury Black Puddings which we grew up thinking were the benchmark. I've spent a bit of time in Scotland and the ones there are very different - more oaty compared with ours and very different flavoured. Over here in Yorkshire they taste a little different but still in the same tasty league as home. Not sure what the difference is but it's there for sure.

Long live the pudding!:)
I'm quite partial to Bury black pudding, it's very good.
A few years back me and Mrs Isaiah were in York. We went to a cafe called the hairy fig, there was an adjoining deli and we popped in there afterwards. I ended up buying quite a large amount of black pudding, it was made on a farm with fresh blood which isn't too common nowadays, it was exceptionally good.

Happy Easter!
