What are you eating tonight?

My take on Prawn and Egg Smørrebrød.
Peeled prawns seared in butter with a quarter clove of fresh garlic (minced) and parsley. Cooled in fridge. On freshly baked Pana di Casa, layer thin slices of good butter, cooled prawns, thinly sliced hard-boiled free range eggs, Japanese mayonnaise, boiled baby potatoes (thinly sliced), and crème fraîche. Finish with a generous squeeze of lemon, sprinkle of Maldon sea salt flakes, and fresh dill.

It's not breakfast without bacon, ham, or sausage! :( If you eat sweet stuff you'll be asleep in two hours.
I've been having bacon craving for weeks now - black pudding too so might have to scratch that itch. Maybe a muffin with bacon, fried egg and black pudding on with red and brown sauce...

Watch this space! :giggle:

As for the nap - I'm good with being asleep in 2 hours :D
