Just found a bottle of this in the back of a cabinet… haven’t drunk booze for 5 ½ years now… but this over lots of ice on a hot day is one of the few things I miss ..

Wolfschmidt Kummel - 50cl

Caraway seed and other spices including cumin and fennel. It has strong digestif qualities. It has hints of liquorice and a touch of sweetness, but with a clean and fresh finish.
