What sort of set up have you got? I've never done any home brew, looks a very interesting hobby though.I like a porter. Last year I brewed a Russian porter at 7.5%. It was a chocolaty malty delight, and you knew you had a beer after a couple of them.

Yes, I prefer full fat but if I'm on it all night I find the sugary sensation in my mouth unpleasant. I tend to use diet versions in all my mixers.An absolute favourite of mine when I drank ... full fat Ginger Beer, mind. Enjoy!
