I have a very poor sense of smell, so I am unable to nose drink efficiently !
But I really enjoy the warm lingering, full flavoured spicy taste of this copper coloured Speyside !

Thanks. I usually prefer Islay but there are terrific Speyside whiskies indeed.

No need to wait for the night to drink, the apéritif is made to open the appetite (ouvrir l'appétit), today Picon bière for me (some kind of bitter/sweet alcoholized (18%) sirup made of orange - it has been invented in Algeria in the middle of 19th century - mixed with beer, often drunken in East of France, mostly Alsace).
