Vintage Williams Aqua Velva

Got this today and was wondering if this was made in England or the USA and how old it is, am I right in thinking Aqua Velva in the States didn't have the Williams name on the bottles?
The aftershave is a lot lighter blue in colour than my other Aqua Velva bottle I have which I bought a few years back and the smell is a little weaker but not by much
