Unusual flare tipped rocket package

Hi Gents,

I recently got this beautiful mint flare tipped rocket. I'm pretty sure it has never been used but I'm hesitant to call it NOS as it isn't sealed.
Has anyone seen this package before? I have looked at the usual places but failed to find something similar. It seems to be made for traveling.

There were two types, one has a small Gillette Logo on the top horizontal, this is the cover for a Gillette Rocket, and the others have a large Gillette logo in the middle going vertical, this was used to sell Super Speeds

They are from the '60s
You can see that at the low profile head.
The dispenser as you see has first to be opened before it fits in the holder/case.
