Sorry.... I can't help and share further details about Brut, because, I can't compare the American, British and Aussie Brut side by side.Apparently the Aussie formulation is closest to the original, @SpeedyPC might be about to shed some light on that one….
Ergo is an underused wordAussie Brut review by a hippie. He does however say that the Aussie version is weaker than the Unilever Euro Brut EdT, the latter which I have and is feeble IMO. Ergo we can deduce the heirarchy.
I received & sprayed this on just now and to be frank I am let down.It smells IMO just like the US aftershave version, which is not a bad thing, just that there is no real Old School sillage.
Old School is DEAD, we’re all in the future 25 years ahead of the millenium, and they still don’t understand about old school style.Noted.
Hmmm ... "no Old School sillage" seems to be a thing nowadays and it's not some misty-eyed notion of times gone by. Vintage, simply had more balls.

I'm currently using a Paco Rabanne Pour Homme aftershave from a couple of decades ago and it has more projection and sillage than the modern EDT. Gorgeous juice!
