TWSBI Problems

Another happy 580 user here!

I did have a TWSBI Diamond Mini that cracked, but as others have said teh after sales support is superb.

I've had cracking issues on my Diamond 540,and the Diamond Mini that I bought my wife. I've also had problems with the rose gold plating flaking off on my Diamond 580 rose gold, though no cracking as yet. In all cases, replacement parts have been provided without questions, but it undermines my confidence in the quality of these pens. My "workhorse" pens are now a Pilot Metropolitan (from a sweet Massdrop deal) and a Pelikan M200. Top tip - try looking on Amazon.de for the Pelikan pens, they often come a lot cheaper there than on the UK sites.

I like the Faber-Castell Loom as a workhorse pen, they feel a lot more expensive than they are.

Funny enough I was looking at these pens recently to perhaps buy one, however the quality/cracking issues put me off.
