Any interest in Turkish Coffee? Do you make it at home? Enjoy it at a Turkish restaurant or enjoy it on holiday?

I have just bought a stainless steel cezve,
so will give it a go at home after enjoying a few at my local restaurant.

Haven't tried making it at home, although my grinder would near enough get there. It's one of those things I like in a Turkish or Cypriot restaurant, and enjoyed a few whilst in Cyprus on hols a few years ago. Had something similar in a Lebanese restaurant once where they added cardamom seeds. Now that was good, added warm spicy undertones.

I have two packs of the coffee on order too. I haven't found a cup to my liking yet. Sadly I recently broke my Turkish tea glass...

Ah now Turkish tea I really can get behind. Especially with a spoon of sugar (I don't take sugar in coffee or tea, except Turkish). The restaurant across the road from my house kept me topped up before lockdown got in the way.

Every now and then I make a turkish coffee in my ibric. Reminds me of home country days where all they were drinking back then it was turkish coffee.
