I recently Bought a Trumpers Rose soap in a bowl. I got it from Amazon. I tried it, the lather just didn't happen for me and when I finally did get a lather, it was weak. by the time I had put it on my face ready to shave it had disappeared into my skin.. I asked Trumpers for some help and they were to be fair very helpful. I contacted the supplier " Face and Co" I spoke to Lyndon by email. The next day I received a replacement puck, however I really wanted the cream. Speaking again to Lyndon, he has now sent down the Cream, all FOC - This really is fantastic service from Face and co and they for sure will get business from me
