The second point you list is the reason why the black handled Victorinox knife in the collection I’ve picked up over the years no longer gets carried or used. The red handled Victorinox was a daily driver for many years, until I found the longer 3” bladed one, unfortunately it locks.
Aside from it gathering dust on a shelf, I’m not sure what I can do with it as the law stands - suggestions gratefully received.

I keep the larger locking blade ( i have one as well ) i use only for going camping, then i have just cause i could argue.

I used to carry the Cybertool M but found it too bulky, switched to the compact below.
