Both are great quality, but I only have experience with Gerber.
Many have locking blades. Will that be an issue?

My personal favourite is the Leatherman Skeletool CX, on if you want compact the SOG PowerpintHi all.
Looking for a recommendation.
Looking for a multi-tool to have on me for work related purposed (emergency services : new job!) and I was looking at either a Gerber or a Leatherman multi-tool and see which people prefer and why?
Thanks

It’s the best out there by a country mile but the main thing is if your using it for work you need reliability and leatherman give you a lifetime guarantee
Get it used mate that’s what they are forActually bought the leatherman signal. Whether Ill use this for work or get a different one (time to horde multitools?), I dont know
