Tilley hats

I love them, I prefer the T5 , I have three. One hemp, one duck cotton and one wool which is great for the cooler months. You can't go wrong with a Tilley, they will last for years and will take all sorts of abuse! :cool:
Apart from the wool hat that needs dry cleaning all of the others will wash well, no special care needed.
Keeps the sun off you head and neck and is great for keeping you clear of facial recognition camera's!!! :)

They are brilliant hats, I have a T3. I’ve used them for about 20 years on my long distance trails and summer day walks. I washed mine according to their instructions and shaped it over my knee, it’s always returned to its original size. They are very well made in Canada and their after sales service is second to none. They used to offer a free replacement even if you lost it but I think people were taking the Mickey. I lost my battered old T3 on a walk and they gave me a very generous discount on a new one.
 
My favourite Tilley hat is the LTM8 Airflo Cooling mesh hat, great for spring and summer

Worth every penny...they only get better with wear and washing, like a good pair of leather shoes or leather saddle they mould to your head shape. One of those products you can't help but admire — once you've had it while — and become attached to.
