Happy to say I've received my replacement Simpson Duke 2 Best today. Phoned Brett at Vulfix last week and explained to him about the excessive hair loss on my Duke 2. No quibble, no hassle, Brett said just sent it to us and in the meantime I'll get one made up ready to return to you. As simple as that. Well I'm going to wet the whiskers later so I'll see how it goes. Once again Thanks Brett & Vulfix and to you gents for the contact info and who to ask for.
