use it all the time, i connect to family and friends Computers if they have common problems, like : cant print, e-mail attachments, no sound etc etc

really good and save petrol driving to peoples houses if it's a silly thing to sort

yep........i installed it on all my families computers, when they have a problem they run it, get a code from it, give me the code on the phone and voila..im looking at thier desktop !!

It's really good as i don't have alot of patience when explaining things that i find easy but others don't, this way i fix it far quicker than trying to tell someone else !!
 
I'd tell my dad about it but he'd install it wrong, block me out with ZoneAlarm, download some viruses on the side, and try to kill off System Idle Process again for using 99% of his CPU.
