Do you do multi razor shaves as well? Why do you need feedback? You wouldn't know an injector or a Feather AC was against your face. If you applied pressure, that's just your incompetence or inexperience. It certainly not the razors fault, at least you didn't complain about tugging. I do a three pass shave with a Mach3. Usually my first pass is with an injector.
What do you mean?Do you do multi razor shaves as well?
You said you did a 3 pass shave with a Mach3 and the first pass with an injector so I took that to mean you'd use more than one razor on some shavesWhat do you mean?
I did use to use a beard trimmer, it leaves a nasty mess in the basin. I much prefer the injector, it is designed to go ATG. There is a 1930's instruction booklet on this site. I am very happy using a Profile Fixed or Pivot, just as I am a Feather AC. If I did fewer passes, I would still feel stubble. I enjoy a BBS shave, I just can't have one every day.I'm not sure I would contemplate an ATG first pass on 7 days' growth. Ever thought of using a beard trimmer to trim down the growth, then going WTG and XTG - and maybe stopping there? And dropping down to 2 blade carts, not 3?
Did you just say Pivot??? Are you saying you have a floating head pivot injector?I did use to use a beard trimmer, it leaves a nasty mess in the basin. No, the Wilkinson Sword Profile Pivot was an Atra/Contour compatible cartridge.Did you just say Pivot??? Are you saying you have a floating head pivot injector?
It's got a precision trimmer blade for sideburns and under the nose.Anyone tried those Harry's cartridge razors? Got ads for them all over my home page. The carts & fins / lube strips or whatever they are either side look colossal. How the hell do you shave under your nose with those beasts?

Thanks, but whilst I'm not exactly a tree hugger, I despise the thought of using a plastic disposable razor a couple of times then binning it.
Some do, some don't. Some when used incorrectly.Could you expand on this please? Are you saying that cartridges don't tug, or that they do but they're supposed to?

I can shave under my nose using a diagonal stroke, I haven't liked then as they are not smooth. It's not like they are tugging, but just feel uncomfortable. They with Bic are the worst cartridges. Dorco are better.I used to have the very similar Cornerstone razor. First impressions were okayish and then I realised it was just plain crap in every sense.
Possibly the worse multi-blade I have come across. Far too large and far too flexible to be of any practical use and even Mrs Satanfriendly declared it useless
I actually get a decent shave from the BIC comfort flex and comfort flex hybrid 3 and 4. The 5 seems to have different blades that really tugI can shave under my nose using a diagonal stroke, I haven't liked then as they are not smooth.
