Has anyone heard of this soap, or tried it before?

Nope, not me - but some of the options are ... interesting.

  • One is a Guiness coloured & scented, another is with carrots ... and one is 'zingy' in some un-described manner using cinnamon and orange
      • - then there's the x-mas spice & goat's milk ... I think I'll piss on that one, er, pass I mean ... pass, pass, pass ... I'll pass on that one.[/list:u][/list:u][/list:u]

Urban Hermit, there is nothing wrong with goat milk in a shaving soap, or any other soap for that matter. I have had two people tell me that they can tell the difference in after shave skin feel when using my goat milk soap, both of whom were in a position to compare to some of my other soaps. And no, it doesn't smell of goat. :D There are people who swear by goat milk and it's effects on the skin.
As regards this seller, like so many on cyberboot, she doesn't bother listing her ingredients, which I personally don't like, and in my view it is illegal - what does 'display at the point of sale' mean when buying over the internet?.
What is the point in telling people that your soap is all lovely and natural, but refusing to tell them what is actually in it, until they have paid over the dosh and find there is in fact something in there that they would prefer not to use. This seller also seems to be confusing fats and proteins with hormones. If fats are hormones, that might explain my unbalanced mood state. And as for goat milk soap having a Ph similar to the skin....that's a new one on me. Henk??? Coschem??? http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... 0489999023

    • ... er, actually, that wasn't the ingredient that provoked the micturation response.
        • Perhaps your moodiness is due to some pesky, negative-stereotype-reinforcing leprechaun?[/list:u][/list:u][/list:u][/list:u]
          • :D[/list:u]

Nevr heard of that particular soap Prof B, however my skin doesn't do well with Shea butter anyway. On the other hand, I'm completely with our very own wee Soapy Alchemist as far as Goats' milk is concerned. I even drink the stuff .............. preferably before it's conversion into soap of course !
