One for the knowledgable's here. This STREAMLINE on t'bay states the razor's weight. I've not seen that stated before and wondered if there is a significance?

I don't think so, I believe there are a couple age related variances but they're not significant.

Eighty plus knicker for an uncased one, that's significant.

Not really. It's a fairly hefty razor for its size.
