Found this one in a grooming set, sealed in plastic, think it must be the very last years that this was made, different knurling and handle design, plastic base plate but standard 70's tech head.

anyone see one like this ?

Yes, I have one made by Rotbart (Gillette Germany). MIne is called 'sport tech".

It's really interesting, you do find some odd stuff! The see through bottom plate is a new one on me I must admit.

Interesting - As much as I love Techs I think I would rather shave with a Weishi than that.
