Hi there, just noticed that the spelling here is set to American. Doesn't like words with s in where a z will do, for example. Are you able to change things. Just seems a bit hypocritical in the circumstances!! ;)
 
Nope, if I write 'colour' it has a red line underneath. Do you know what I need to do, seeing as it appears my browser is at fault, not this prestigious site?
 
Thanks Hunny but tried both of your ideas and still that red line appears. How can I check that I am using the British version of Firefox? I downloaded it but not 100% convinced this is it.
 
for me the firefox uk dictionary was an add on.

Tools>>add ons >> british :english dictionary

There isn't anything on the board to spellcheck automatically if at all.
