Blade = Gillette Super Stainless Spoiler ( 2 )
Brush = Shavemac 400. Silvertip
Soap = Wet The Face Himitsu
Splash = Myrsol Astringent
Balm = Nivea Sensitive Daily Stubble Lotion.

I bought this soap in November 2021 and it’s still going strong.
The performance & scent is the same as the day i bought it.
infact it was the videos of Donald Younger that got me in to the Oren now there’s a boring fact for you lol. The Brush is one of my favourites and certainly the 400 shave is.
This one was a bst buy from next door & a group buy from 2016 although the knot is as good as new
although the star of the show has to be this little feather razor which i have a few

The Genesis used to be my goto razor, if I had to have a safe shave before going out but it was de throned by my Karve Bison.
Man that this is so safe it's the Volvo of the shaving world.

The Genesis always delivers a great shave but the blade struggled to shave my head after my face shave but we got there with a few more passes than usual.
My £3 that included delivery Boar brush performs as good as every Boar in my collection so that makes it my best Purchase since my shaving hobby began, Go figure.
All in all a very satisfying shave.

Starting open-comb October early ... but since the months will switch mid-week, I thought I'd start now.

Lovely shave with this British New Type, one of the earlier ones with the long bar/groove and bettered only by the raised-flat base model which I'll be using next week. Second go with the vintage Silkashave soap and I have to say, it really is top-notch ... even amongst vintage soaps. Splash from my ludicrous sized Mexican Yardley for afters finished this shave off lovely.

Anyone else up for OC-tober?

Soap GFT Spanish Leather.
Razor Everyday Stinger.
Blade Bolzano.
Aftershave Pinaud Clubman Whisky Woods.

The Everyday Stinger razor I really did not like at all to begin with but now I have used it again, it does give a satisfactory shave.
I can clearly feel what side is the aggressive and what side is the mild side.
I might have to try and use it a little more often.
As for the blade I am on the fence, it felt a little dull but will refrain from a real opinion until I have used it in a few other razors.

a good two pass plus touch up face shave.
