Wed 13th March

Cyril Salter/ Maseto ED. 2 Band
Vitos Super Red
Mongoose B3
Feather Pro [ 1 ]
Jaguar Prestige A/S Lotion

Today I made a blade change to the Mongoose, am using a Feather Pro for the first time in a while. A long time ago I read SOTD reports with folk extolling the virtues of the Mongoose when it first came on the Scene. Like others I probably thought that if you spent that much money on an item, you would say it was good. However, having owned one and used it for some time I can confirm that if you like a heavier Razor, the Mongoose is a delight to use.

I knew from the off that the Shave today would be good, the Vitos produces such creamy lather that one hardly feels the Razor at work. This honestly has to be a back to back Face Stroker , so smooth and comfortable and ultra close in all areas.

Rockwell Razors Swedish steel

An excellent two pass shave this morning, but, noticeably, not quite as close as the Feather Artist Club SS achieved yesterday. The PAA soap and the Yaqi tuxedo brush created a wonderful luxuriant lather, and the Rockwell smoothly took it away again. A great start to the day.

Another beauty there Billy and a very interesting read about something I was not aware of.
Thanks for sharing.
