I really like Zenith boars. Size of loft, handle feel, in fact everything is spot on for me with this brush. V low cost too and I prefer wood to the resin handles. Enabled and encouraged to part with my money by @pjgh

An absolute delight from start to finish ...

I've noted before that the BIC Chrome Platinum played very well in the DE89 and so, just a tad better in the gold version ... coz it's gold! Perfect lather from the lovely Standard Company Limited formulation for Trumpers Limes, well worth seeking out (see my British triple-milled thread for some pointers as to formulation).

Wow wow wow what a shave tonight with my newly acquired Fatal Bite set.
Every piece of gear used, was in total harmony delivering a solid 10/10 face and head shave.
I am going to use exactly the same set-up tomorrow.

Gave a cracking shave with a Nacet and some kmf cream closer than the Henson mild but I don't have a lot to compare with
