A very nice sample packed with the Zenith 501N and Don Carlos 1972. Thank you Connaught Shaving, excellent service as usual.
I, unusually, bowl lathered a small piece of the croap with my Manchurian M7 and got a fabulous lather with a complex scent. One to consider when my Bergamotto di Calabria runs out (shortly). Another great two pass shave with the Blackbird. I love this razor.

The PAL Injectomatic "Schick Buster" is a very nice razor to use, i know the Vintage PAL blades don't get a lot of love but i like them, today the blade was on its 7th outing and it was as smooth as butter, just goes to show YMMV is alive and kicking.
I completed 3 very comfortable passes leaving me with a very nice BBS finish, i decided to give myself a treat with a splash of the Safari EDT, i did get some fleeting indication of how close the shave was.
Yeah, that was nice.

Good morning guys it’s good to see everybody. I’m getting a lot better after having stretch throat and I’ve made a turn for the better today after a rough time of being super sick and had to get my air conditioning fixed yesterday and during that whole time I didn’t have any AC in my apartment got 80° but I’m so much better today and I found a new love of a safety razor. I love my R1, but I found one that’s even Better and especially love to handle on it is my MERKUR FUTUR
On settings six.
What I really like about this razor the most is two things. The blade tabs are covered up real well and I love to handle on it. It doesn’t slip or anything I really like it but it’s so good to see everybody and guess what it’s Friday. Yay.
