Just to throw my opinion out there while you’re asking I picked up the Baxter’s balm too..it’s okie but not the most moisturising I find less is more and use a very small amount as not to get that tacky feeling you describe..I do this with balms in general as I don’t like my face to feel overloaded with any kind of productHow do you find the Baxter's balm? I got a couple going cheap Amazon and found it a little 'tacky' for maybe 4 hours or so after I'd applied it.
As others have said, less is more with this balm. First couple of applications felt like I'd put a mask on my face!
