That's some collection of Old Spice decanters you've been showing us, I didn't realise there was so many variations .Razor: Alumigoose w/ Timeless TRH7 85mm Barber Pole
Blade: KAI Captain Titan (1)
Brush: DFS LE Nathan Clark Envy White Handle Aluminum Color, Anodized Dark Bronze. #41/150
Soap: Reef Point Soap Admiralty
A/S: Lucky Tiger, Old Spice
Decanter: Old Spice Blue Glass Ship 1973-1975 ID #3228

DFS with these tools tonight. First time with this shave bowl and razor handle. Both worked very well.
When you see a date for Old Spice Decanters the first date is when the decanter was introduced and the second date is the last year they produced that decanter.

Prep: Hot shower and Loreal face scrub
Pre: Bloom water
Razor: Gillette Tech
Razor blade: Polsilver
Brush: Simpsons Manchurian Captain
Bowl: Little Wren Pottery
Soap: Eufros Fougere
Post: Thayers witch hazel and Fine American Blend
This shave and more importantly the razor was influenced and inspired by Chris AKA @Far Cry Toff. I met up Chris last week and what top bloke he is. Nothing like comes across on the forums....Laffin! Only joking Chris.
He bought a brush off me and it turns out he only lives a mile up the road from myself so
we met up for a coffee and chatted all things shaving and evening Hi-Fi. It turns out he has the same record deck as myself.
He mentioned some of his favourite razors including the Fatboy and the Tech. I'd fancy trying the Tech for a little while and thanks to Chris raving about them I set out to buy one.
I bought one Friday thanks to Ben AKA @Benz3ne pointing one out on eBay. Thanks Ben.
Ok enough of this jibber jabber.Onto the shave.
What a belter of a shave. I choose the Polsilver blade as I'd read the Tech was a mild razor. The blade was a great parring with the Tech. A smooth and very efficient shave.
I found I only really needed two passes on my face and a third and a few touch-ups on the neck. Cracking shave.
I also thought this would be a great razor for a beginner. It's definitely safe enough.
I'll leave you with a track from New Order's album Technique, get it.
Good soap then ? lol
Blinding album.
What turntable do you have ? Don't tell me it's a Linn Sondek.
Omega 50068
Merkur 34C HD
Bolzano (3)
Vitos Red
Thayers Rose, Rockface All Weather Moisturiser & Marks and Spencer Collezione Classic
A wonderful shave to end the run of Vitos with, this soap has been superb all week. I am very happy I gave it another shot after my first use 2/3 years ago. Same goes for the Bolzano, my previous blade must have been a dud, the past three uses have been nothing short of superb. No loss from the brush today, shed a lot in previous uses.
Quit livin' in the past!@nolisco You have posted in the wrong week.
It is a Linn Sondek! You know me so well.
I bought mine new in 1987. Can't remember how much. Ittok LVII. Audiotechnica AT-F5.
It lives in its box under the bed as my house is too small to set it up & have my speakers on their stands. I'd never sell it though.
How so lol@nolisco You have posted in the wrong week.
