Soap – TOBS Platinum
Brush – Boti Sky City SHD HMW
Razor – R41 / EJ 3D handle
Blade – Gillette Permasharp
A/S – Faberge Aquatonic
Balm – Lea 3in1

TOBS Platinum is a really beautiful scent. I forgot just how nice it is.
I get the best out of TOBS ( and most other creams ) when I’m generous with the application. It makes such a difference to the lather but particularly to the performance. YMMV.
With a few shaves now under my belt I’m really comfortable with the R41 and the Permasharp made for a great pairing.
I had a wonderful shave in all departments today culminating with some vintage Aquatonic. WOW !!

Have a great day and enjoy your shaves.

Razor: Rockwell 6c
Blade: Astra SP, 3rd use
Brush: Shedeleven Spalted Scottish Hawthorn AP Shave Co G5C 26mm Fan
Bowl: Captains Choice Copper Lather Bowl Standard Bowl
Preshave: Proraso Pre-Shave Cream Sensitive Cream
Soap: Stirling Island Man Puck
Aftershave: Issey Miyake L’Eau d’Issey EDT
Balm: Baxter Of California Aftershave Balm

The lesson I’ve got from sample week so far is use them up before they loose their scents! The Stirling base as ever was great the scent was lost somewhat which is a shame as I loved it when I got it. A great shave regardless of the samples being past their best, I will try another!

Soap Yaqi Lemon Lime Cedarwood
Brush Yaqi 24mm Green Mink
Razor RazoRock GC.84-P
Blade Persona X Series 15th Use
Aftershave Yaqi Lemon Lime Cedarwood Splash
Nicely refreshing & cooling soap. The lather is rich, creamy, and slick too...
The blade continues to amaze. Paired with the razor gives a very smooth and comfortable 3passes without any issues for a dfs finish. The matching aftershave was nice toooo...

Honestly if she dosent stop her :poop: she’ll be getting tossed oot:unsure:
Oh i nearly forgot i had a shave
Right absolutely superb,
i know we’ve had the argument/ discussion before but i just love the wool fat.
Second outing on the brush & again first class.
Hair Cut tomorrow & think i’ll give the face a rest for a couple of days.
I keep saying that that but when it comes to crunch i can’t help myself.
Anyway i better rush to get back to long lost families i could do with a we greet myself
Onwards & Upwards

One of the Schick's I have is a little like that, just couldn't get a decent shave, or was left with a face that stung like I'd been slapped senseless!
The Schick M2 that I picked up however is superb.
The Canadian E5 is also fairly good, but as you say, even using the Schick for dummies website, it can be difficult to identify the exact model.

I did try initially to pick it out and think I almost had it nailed down but started to doubt myself. I should have just gone hunting on BST rather than go rogue by myself. I'll take another gander and see if I can pinpoint it. It's not destined for the drawer of death just yet, I'll give it a fair shout.
