Scuttle ~ Giles Shaving Co

A lovely fragrant shave, the Wild Rose Shave cream was slick and protective and smelled wonderful.
The General and Proline left me smooth skinned and without nicks, cuts or irritation, just perfect!
I finnished off with a sample kindly given to me by @Benz3ne , Rose 31, it's very nice indeed but at £120 for 50ml I don't think I will be buying any soon but it's my birthday next month so who knows!
Have yourselves a wonderful day people.......
I'm not a cream man per say but I really liked this both scent and its slickness and its cheap as chips so even if I hadn't got on with it I would have given to someone who did like it.Good to see you rate the Salter cream Paul. I've still not pulled the trigger! Procrastination is my middle name
Its fantastic value for money James and it smells like Turkish Delight.Good to see you rate the Salter cream Paul. I've still not pulled the trigger! Procrastination is my middle name

Good choice of soap J, I'm pleased you are happyFIRST EVER SHAVE WITH A FATBOY.
It took me an hour to decide on the soap. I went for OSP as it's fantastic.
BLADE Gillette silver blue.
Setting 5 (lovely and smooth)
POST Thayers medicated (just in case)
I can't believe the quality of the razor.
In 1960 they paid $1.95 for this work of art......I wonder if they knew what they had at the time.....now where's my time machine.
Thanks Paul.

The Supermax Blue Diamond Titanium blades, are superb. I have a passion for Parker razors too, they always perform with great efficiency and pair up really well with most of the indian made DE blades, both products give sublime shaves at a very reasonable price. Indian shaving products don't get the credit they rightly deserve. Regards.

Phoenix and Beau Borealis
Thayers Rose, Nivea Balm & Rasoirs Darwin aftershave (sample)
Absolutely loving these blades, I sometimes find this razor a wee bit harsh but smooth and comfortable today. I am impressed with the Supermax. Lovely scent on the soap and a great lather. Got around to trying a sample of Rasoirs Darwin aftershave that I was kindly given when I purchased my Leresche razor, to me very nice scent. Reminds me very much of Phoenix and Beau Albion, I think they would work well together. Maybe a potential purchase in the future. Very cool how the owner repurposes dishes and vessels (not with pestles) to sell on with their soap (made by Le Pere Lucien).
Thanks very much. That bowl and brush are hot!P.
