Lovely shave with this set-up tonight. I do enjoy the Techs: smooth and yet efficient with the right blade. Still not sure if my ‘... vigour, bravery and pluck [has increased] tenfold.' though...

The best thing about SAD is the number of new and great smells you get to experience. The SMdF is no exception to this. I'm sporting a glass-like finish from 3 passes. The 3one6 is easily in my top 3 razors.

Mitchell's Wool Fat
YaqI Chianti 24mm Synthetic
Karve SB C Plate

Silver Blue on it's fourth use was much smoother in the Karve than my previous shave using a fresh Astra SP.
My hydrated Wool Fat soap performs much better than before. Excellent creamy lather easily whipped up even with very hard tap water.
