How do I go about making homemade post shave astringent? Is there a tutorial on the forum. I would like a "musky" scented one. Thanks in advance. TonyThis morning I heard a goose returning, which always cheers me up. Went for the poshest shave I could:
Bring on Spring.
- Wash face w/soap.
- Face lather Vulfix badger/Acqua di Parma creme (bought off the forum - I would never buy this stuff new).
- 3 pass with Gillette Aristocrat #66 w/ Feather blade (2), my sexiest razor.
- Post shave alum block.
- Homemade witchhazel, vetiver, tea trea, lavendar, aloe gel concoction.
- L'Occitane Cade balm.
- Creed Green Irish Tweed.

I will give it a go. Any essential oils? Where best to buy?100ml of cheap witch hazel from Home Bargains, add 15-20 drops of your chosen essential oil.
Shake before use to keep the oil in suspension.
Helps to tone shaven skin.
